Abstract: The vices of metaphysics are not inherent in it a priori, but are a consequence of the fact that all its doctrines in one way or another interpret the same — negentropic and anthropomorphic — principle of becoming (evolution), taken as the fundamental principle of being. We do not know negentropy laws, but we are well aware of the second law of thermodynamics, which, moreover, is difficult to convict of complimentarity. By accepting the principle of annihilation, which follows from this law, as the fundamental principle of being, we will not only satisfy all aspects of anti-metaphysical criticism, but also preserve the methodological apparatus of classical philosophy intact.
