Abstract: The article is an extended review of the collective monograph “Man as an Open Integrity” (ed. by L.P. Kiyashchenko, T.A. Sidorova; Novosibirsk: Akademizdat, 2022). The author analyzes the structure and content of the publication, dedicated to the philosophical-anthropological problem of man as an open integrity. The central concept of the book is “procreation”, understood in a broad interdisciplinary sense. Neretina examines in detail the key ideas of several articles included in the collection, including the problem of the paradox of integrity (L.P. Kiyashchenko), the nature of creativity and linguistic creativity (I.V. Zykova), J. Simondon’s concept of individuation (Ya.I. Svirsky), and others. Special attention is paid to methodological approaches — transdisciplinarity, translection, dialogical logic. The innovative nature of the book is noted, raising fundamental questions about the inner world of man, his ability to change and maintain integrity in the face of contemporary challenges. The article concludes with a reflection on the significance of such publications for modern philosophical anthropology.
