Abstract: Heidegger Martin. The Concept of Time / Transl. from German by A.P. Shurbelyov. — St. Petersburg: Vladimir Dal, 2021. — 199 p. The treatise, written in 1924 as a prolegomenon to “Being and Time”, consists of four chapters. Heidegger considers temporality as the fundamental structure of Dasein, and historicity as its ontological consequence. The book analyzes the existentials of care and resoluteness, and raises the question not “what is time?” but “who is time?”.
