Abstract: Review of Alexander Rubtsov’s book “Narcissus in Armor. The Psychoidiology of the Grandiose Self in Politics and Power” (Moscow: Progress-Tradition, 2020. — 816 p.). The review analyzes the main ideas of the book, devoted to the phenomenon of narcissism in politics and power, its psychological and ideological roots, as well as possible ways to overcome the grandiose Self in modern society.
