On the ontological understanding of the physical being of things and phenomena

Abstract: We are faced with the fact of revising the fullness of the physical being of things and phenomena in the physical picture of the world. The creation of quantum mechanics showed that it is impossible to create a consistent quantum theory without appealing to the «observer» consciousness. In philosophical captivity, the problem of the observer appears as a problem of the relationship between subject and object. For time being, it was possible to somehow dismiss this problematic, but as soon as physicist began to create quantum computers, the question arose of deliberately chosen goal of such calculation. The goal-setting of the computational process is connected, in turn, with the probabilistic assessment of the obtained numerical result. We see how the goal presented in the future tense motivates the activity of the subject and at the same time determines, with some probability or other, the quantum process. The conclusion that is made in the article is that one has to abandon the traditional epistemological attitude towards the causal self-isolation of the physical being of things and phenomena.
